Hosting and Maintenance Contract Cancellation
Currant Interactive’s site maintenance and hosting clients are billed monthly, with each monthly period beginning on the first of each month, and ending on the last. If the first month’s billing cycle includes a partial month, the amount billed will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the normal billing cycle. Site maintenance and hosting may be cancelled at any time by contacting us either by phone or by using our online contact form.
If Client provides notice to terminate prior to the end of the billing cycle, which in every case is the end of the month, the remaining balance for that month will not be pro-rated or refunded. If Client has retained and paid for the services for a 12 month or 6 month contract durations and has pre-paid Currant Interactive for such services, the client agrees that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the hosting services.
Web Design Contract Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit amount of 50% is due at the time of the agreement signing. In the event of cancellation of any web design or development agreement, client is entitled to a refund of any fees paid, minus the deposit and any fees already incurred between the time of deposit and the time of cancellation. These fees are based on our hourly rate for the services incurred (see our pricing details). Web design cancellation refunds will be processed and delivered within 10 business days of the cancellation date. Deletion of Files after Cancellation
Once cancelled, all web content, including text, documents, databases, and images, will be returned to the client on a CD-ROM. Once we have confirmed that the client has received this CD-ROM, all client files will be backed up for one year and deleted from our servers.
